dear diary: renewal

The great renewal of the world will perhaps consist in this,

That man and maid, freed of all false feelings and reluctances,

Will seek each other not as opposites,

But as brother and sister, neighbors,

And will come together as human beings.

Rainer Maria Rilke

Coffee, you're a mind reader. I've been trying to get together with the maid for years.

I know, I'm a sick bastard, but someone has to be.

I hope there really will be a great renewal of the world. I have to admit that I doubt it will happen, but a glimmer of hope is what keeps me checking every morning to see if it has happened yet.

Rilke! I have him on my page as well. My favorite poet! Sorry I've been so invisible lately.

fairlane: Sick? Nah, better the maid, rather than the butler.....

robin: Yep....hope you're having a great trip. Appears we might start getting some snow next week.

enemy: Hi ya! No problem, there's only so much time in a day, don't we know? ! ; (
