If you do not change direction,
you may end up where you are heading.
Lao Tzu
Earlier this week on a local radio station,
they took calls from people asking who
they'd vote for, Obama or McCain and why.
I'm still surprised, and saddened to hear
that what seems like a majority of people
here, or at least those who listen to local radio,
are still so backwards in their thinking.
Depressing is all I can say after hearing about 6
people in a row say the same negative ideas
about someone who is against war and is
of color. Even more surprising I believe
is McCain says he hates war, but he wants
to continue it...........Oh my.
I'm really fond of this

I have already begun practicing saying "President McCain."
Please stop saying that Kurt. You'll get unfriendly looks or eye rolls when you call President Obama
McCain!
The lao Tzu quote was great -- I may just steal it for a furture post.
kurt: Yikes! ; (
bd: Even if I held the "rights" to these words, they'd be free for the sharing! ; )
Great Video.
An Anagram of President McCain is
I'm indecent craps
Does This Help?
I'm going to work as hard as I can for Obama, but I'm also going to prepare myself for disappointment. It would be incredible to see our country do something grand, to change right before our eyes. It's possible, but is it likely? I don't know.
I have a better chance than McCain. (At least I hope so.)
Dennis loves Obama.
tony: Doesn't sound good any way you try to say it. ; (
robin:Time will only tell. It will be very good to get these past 8 yrs behind us.
merle: OK......
dennis: I'm not surprised.
