I saw this Add On Project at ArtSpark Theater
but originated at This Disordered Life.
If you have a hankering, check out her blog

Great take, Michael - I like the way the black and white figures work with the background.

subT: Most of the songs I choose were first heard and played often on the underground station I used to listen to growing up: KSAN. And Seatrain was a popular group back then. Peter Rowan was also in the group for awhile.

love it! funny that we both used boats!
the man getting his coffee looks like he has someone near his breakfast who's interested in his grapefruit (maybe I zoomed in on that because I've got a little sixteen-month old in the house right now. He finds the food in other people's plate way more interesting than his own.) :-)

For the fun of it I did a narrative for ArtSparker's posting yesterday, so I will try one for yours:
"I remember the day I sat there drinking coffe beneath a mermaid and a circle of seashells setting her off from the wall, there was a long bar, stockades of bottles, formica tables and a group of men in black coats singing to a booming clientele of former circus artists..."
Chaq'un son gout...
Ah Coffee, you continue to work your magic in your inimitable way. You are a one-off, my friend.
Using few words and clever images and songs you say a great deal about the human condition: its triumphs, its sadness, its futility.
You make our world a better place!
this really made me smile - a nice one.
love the boat in the top corner
