Ha Michael! You really threw me off there with that April 31, 20111 date, but it all makes sense now! You can count on me to consummate participation here! I'd say I'm more reliable in this sense than returning e mails in a timely fashion! Ugh!
Yes Count Me In Too.What A Fine Way to Roll! Re;Italy. Yes Its Up & Running .just lots of interior work to do.If you know anybody who will be in Italy next year, Im letting people stay there for a week.No cost apart from a very modest contribution towards the electric bill + a tiny promise to do an hour or so work=sanding(roof beams) /polishing(floor tiles)\pointing (interior stone walls)\that sort of thing. Its in a beautiful \quiet part of The World.
tony: Thanks and look forward to your submission. Since we've been wanting to go to Italy, and don't mind a little work, we'll see what we can work out.
t & t / subT: Any and all welcome, young or old - there are no rules or requirements, except for size of whatever interpretation ; ) Cheers to you both!
I do love to see mail art-- Ray Johnson being one of my favorites-- but I never can seem to get my act together to participate- but I do love to see yours and other artists do so..
this has nothing to do with the billboard project...
just finished a book I think you'll really like, "Half Broke Horses" by Jeanette Walls. it's a biographical novel about her grandmother who grew up in the Dust Bowl of Texas and was a superb horsewoman, cowgirl, rancher and all around woman of the West. it's written in 1st person voice of her grandmother (hence the "novel" attribution) and is one of the best reads I've had in a long time.

I forgive myself
As I forgive myself. I leave behind all feelings of not being good enough, and I am free to love myself.
sam: Remember, no problem in any area. Thanks for taking a look too!
pa: Thanks, and as it should be.
Hello! C.M.,
This seems like a very interesting...project.
I plan to watch this project very closely.
Thanks, for sharing!
DeeDee ;-D
1 inch = 2,54 cm
So 5 X 7 = 12,7 X 17,78 cm
dd: Thanks and maybe you'll join in?
guido: Thanks for the math lesson!
The world is not a town.
It is a chaotic, immoral place run by selfish, greedy oligarchs and governments for their exclusive advantage.
Cheers!
david g: I think you may be surprised by what art surfaces and how others interpret the theme.
After reading about the original author and found book, seems and we know, people have struggled against societal norms since the inception of time.
Cheers back!

"The World Is A Town" - delectable. Lovely composition. Am almost seeing it in black and white.
This one is really super. I suppose it'll enhance the feel even more if seen large size.
