Coffee is hot  and dry
and very good
for the stomach -

We recently received a package of coffee
and tea to review from:

Peter Asher Coffee And Tea
in Champaign, Illinois -

Facebook link

Papua New Guinea -  Kimel Estate  -Ground
Once we opened the bag, the fragrance
was fresh and screaming for a brew -
We brewed in our French Press -
The flavor burst with pear notes
with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg earthiness.
Smooth, with no after taste.

Guatemala  - Finca Huixoc - Whole Bean

Enticing fragrance once the bag is opened -
We brewed this one also in our French Press -
The taste
of almond and apricot high notes -
Smooth with no after taste in this one either -

It's been awhile since we tried a different
roaster and, if you'll go to their website,
you will also see that the prices are
reasonable and I can attest to their
timely response to any email
questions you may have -

Please try them out yourself,
and let them know you
heard about them here -

Independent, quality roasters
need to be supported -
especially since their coffee is roasted
in small batches prior to sending out -

Thanks John for letting us try your
beautifully roasted and flavorful coffee -
Have not tried the tea  or espresso yet,
but will do so soon  and post again -
