But
 what if the insect, the snake and the horse
 were already dead? 
And the 
man had sweated and stretched out,
 and swore and sweated some more,
 
itchy, and drowning (like they had done)
 in a forty metre deep pool of 
grain; 
no water to tread in a grain silo.
