Life is just one cup of coffee after another,
and don't look for anything else.

I used to be a big fan of Kodachrome. I would buy it in blocks. I used to work in a camera store around the DC area and National Geographic was right there so all NG photographers would come in. Inspiring.
Mr. Cushman's work is great.
Dennis wonders where you found the clip of Poitier. Dennis loves Poitier.
wow...great post...sigh I love Sidney Portier...thank you for this...
now I will go find some coffee....
Good quotes and clip as usual they go well with a little Coffee.
That reminds of when we took a four car caravan to Death Valley, back when people could do things in California. Against park rules, we slept in the parking lot of the salt flats. The first Ranger comes by at sunrise, so we got up early and drove off. After a while, we noticed one car from our caravan was missing. We went back and found them parked on the side of the road, making coffee. The driver looked frantic. "I gotta have coffee," he said.
It may be true that those cups of coffee, one after the other link us to our workday and friendships, our mornings with family. cup of joe as a symbol of strength to get through.
mary: Wow, how interesting to find out, and oh so lucky to have had those interactions. I met Imogene Cunningham who lived up the street from us when I lived in SF after HS. They were inspirational photographers!
dennis: Do you want a copy when I send the coffee CD?
e4e: Thanks for stopping by. I will have to come your way! ; )
larry: Hi ya! Hope all is well!
kurt: Yep, camping isn't what it used to be either, unless you ramble in an RV! ; (
squirrel: This simple pleasure is certainly meaningful and a treat for me. ; )
When I was young I wanted to drink coffee with Hobos down by the railroad yard.
bd: Those were some days, weren't they?
And Happy Birthday to U also! ; )
Just Bought Some Cuban Coffee today......It is ace! Cheers!
Terrific! I love that photo.
Ah, Coffee, would you consider being America's next President, would you?
Just imagine having someone sane for a change, someone who's worked out what is important in life, a real leader, a sage, a man who knows that money is not the answer but is, as it's always been, the root of all evil!
Coffee, deliver us!
tony: I hope to try some sometime. Haven't had a chance or seen anywhere I've been yet that makes it. ; (
decker: Howdy!
david: Ha, ha.....like you, we'd never last in such a frustrating position, dealing with so many frustrating and egotistical people.
Besides, they'd chew me up and spit me out, and I'm not up to it anymore! ; (
I know a couple of things, here they are in no particular order-
1) Coffee is no substitute for Adderall. Adderall lasts for 12 hours, but coffee?
An hour at best.
2) Chuck Norris is a horrible actor.
3) Chimpy is actually a shaved dung beetle.
4) Pimento loaf may very well be one of the most disgusting creations in human history.
and
5) 10% of Kentucky residents are missing all of their teeth.
fairlane: # 3 is a given. ; (
