One 1980s Tokyo spa offered a
coffee bath in which the patrons could
soak their cares away in a pool of soggy,
ground, and fermented coffee.
The mixture, kept at a toasty 140 degrees F,
was touted as being no less than
the solution of all diseases.

I've always wanted a hot tub. Now I understand that I'll never have anything, and so I can accept it.
kurt: Well, if you purchase a small pool and need some soggy, fermented grounds, give a holler! ; )
i would hate a hot tub. so no problem.
i saw on tv a man traveled and drank coffee that had been digested by an animal. he said it tasted very rich.
isn't that bad to drink?
A bath at 140 degrees would be painful. A hot tub at 105 is uncomfortable to me.
I have a fear of cold water.
if you soak in the coffee tub does your skin turn a little brown and if you soak in the green tea tub do you come out like kermie, I wonder.....
I wonder if it dyed your skin brown? If so, instant tan!!
There are people who swear by coffee enemas as a cure-all, too. Interesting fictions about a very fine bean.
I would opt for the hot green tea spa.
edward: It's a big thing I've heard. Sometimes it's hard to get and expensive. I'm happy with what we get. ; )
merle: Those Japanese are tough I guess.
bitchlet: It's OK, especially now with heat and humidity being as high as it is.
mouse: Something to ponder I reckon.
maria: That's certainly one way to look at it and without all the chemicals, maybe????
robin: It boggles the mind what people do with so many things, isn't it?
squirrel: I Love my Coffee, but not enough to do this. I agree, the Green T sounds much more tempting.
