Although a coffee tree can continue

blooming for 50 years, the best crops

come between the 5th and 15th years.

This caught my eye, not only the name, but
the description that was used. Must have
been the time period?

Don't forget, tomorrow is the 4th
Bloggers Silent Poetry Reading.

I'm not sure who started this
since it is my 1st time to play,
but it has been played 3
years previously. Don't know
how I missed it.

Interesting bit of horticulture. Very well described. Wonder if this plant is extinct? And looks like I had a vision into the future, in regards to Sunday's clew for Theme Thursday, C.M.( see my last entry for 31JAN ). It's just one of those things, I still don't understand. Since it's already up I'll have to see about something else.

I've finished with the Silent Poetry post but it won't go up 'til I'm off work. Maybe I'll learn something, here.

I've heard of the Kentucky Coffee Tree for years, but until now I knew nothing about it. Thanks.

Disregard the Theme Thursday. I've managed to save it for that day. It needed a little work. Also I was not aware of the producing life of a coffee tree. Yet another thing we seem to take for granted.

Your CD has arrived and should be in my hands in time for next Christmas.

oh, we have some of those trees over here (or close relatives, that's for sure.)

Love the hanging lamps in that office scene.

And the musical choices always appeal, cm.

Do Coffee trees need a warm climate (or at least no frost?) Interesting!

Somebody give me a cheeseburger! Ha!Ha! Ain't heard that one in a while.
Say, about that Kentucky coffee tree, how come there's no "Kentucky Coffee" at the store? Bad altitude, right?
